Don’t hesitate to swim
Through that swamp of pain
When your lights just glimmer
And there’s nothing to gain.
All paths need to be walked on
When the borders are broken
After a thunderous storm
Real feelings unspoken.
And the universe unfolds
What’s small in the beginning
So everything expands
On the edges thinning.
While your pain might fade
The longer the road you walk
You will gain confidence
For the speeches you talk.
No time is wasted
Or the globe for sale
But you have to believe
In this unsung fairy tale.
Swim on for your life
Take your pain with pride
Because after all darkness
There’ll be damn sure light.
