Quixotic Soliloquy

In my dreams I’m always riding along the waving shores
The water tastes salty on my lips and makes me shiver

How can we know
Where the places are
The gardens we like to play in
The heavens we like to see?

It’s always the light
That shines bright
And the road is long
With your mind strong

The later the night
The louder the wind howls
I’m feeling like being in a wolf pack

My late balcony evenings had been long past
Until today
I went out with a cigarette

Wake at five
Just barely
Half sleepy to the door
Slammed it shut

Restart / Neubeginn

It’s not a challenge
It’s a game we play
The livingroom door is behind me

Sometimes I want to lit a cigarette
I want to ride on the first puffy cloud
To observe what’s going on down there
To inhale the little wonders

It’s two hours of finding the right time and reason
Don’t thinking about tomorrow, just living my daily reality
