Monday early morning
No clouds up there
The Sun is burning
I shouldn’t care.

No time to lose
We’re moving forward
Eyes beyond horizon
Goals on the card.

Obstacles invisible
Until we hit them cold
The fall is ugly
And ignorance bold.

We’re doomed to wait
Between stupid people
It shouldn’t break us
But bricks make the steeple.

Ignorance is great
And deafness better
A girl with a trumpet
Please, don’t let her.

Monday later morning
The sky still blue
The Sun even warmer
I’ve got no clue.
