All the Laurels To the Fool

and the water is crawling deep under his skin
and the sun is burning leafs to ashes
and the storm is howling in both of his ears

Those times are seldom, can’t you see the signs
Illusion tries delusioning our senses
And, God forbid, what contributes this science
Not much can help us to survive but fences

At dawn we search for brightness on the sky
See fluffy clouds that make the nightmares gone
In need to go to work we wave goodbye
But without breakfast we are prone to yawn

Shattered and broken in mind
Perhaps disillusioned of some kind
Must those humans be
Who blow up fire works into the sky to see
