Saturdays are always dark for me
coming back home from work on Friday afternoon
thinking I need to make the most of it
and doing nothing at all

but we see the lights
in darkness

thinking takes longer than writing
even if there is a whole text lying on my desk
that only needs the digital transformation
always excusing myself from sitting down
and just typing it out

but we sense happiness
over shame

Sundays are always something different
doing what I could have done yesterday
but with much more light in my heart
for a fresh re-start tomorrow

but we gain freedom
over oppression
