We don’t need no education
We don’t need no gun control
No wokeism in the classroom
Catholics, leave them kids alone
Hey! Catholics, leave them kids alone
All in all, it’s just another kick in the ball
All in all, you just need another kick in the ball.
I would have written this
If I would be cynical
But I’m not
What’s going on there
On the other side of the big pond
Is just our new reality
For years already
Weapons are cool
So every citizen needs one
And two and three and four
To defend
Not to attack
That’s the propaganda by the NRA
If you’ve got a rifle
You have to shoot first
Because if you don’t shoot
The other will
They are so full of fear
And they don’t know what
Trust, respect and humanity really mean
That they shoot
Whatever moves first
Or hides in schools
Because hiding is planning something evil, right?
That’s the thinking
I guess
Or are they back to pure instinct already
The instinct of fear
Of loneliness
Of mistrust
Of anger
Of knowing they are wrong
But they wouldn’t admit
At all costs?
The rifles don’t talk shit
That they don’t understand
I guess
But that’s the philosophy of invaders
We killed their people first
So we need to live in constant fear
That they
Eventually
Strike back
So we need that second amendment so much
To defend ourselves
Basically because of our own fault
But still
Weapons are cool
So we can hide our fear and mistrust
Behind cool weapons and rifles and canons
They are cool and powerful and beautiful
So we are just like them
Cool and powerful and beautiful
And —
We don’t need no education
We don’t need no gun control
No wokeism in the classroom
Catholics, leave them kids alone
Hey! Catholics, leave them kids alone
All in all, it’s just another kick in the ball
All in all, you just need another kick in the ball.
