According to the Ordinary: Dublin

Ah, lads and lasses, gather ’round tonight
On St. Paddy’s Day, under Dublin’s green light
According to the ordinary, it’s a grand affair
With the craic and the banter filling the air.

In the streets of Dublin, where the Guinness flows
The spirit of the Irish in every pub it shows
No need for airs, just a hearty cheer
As we celebrate with friends, year after year.

According to the ordinary, it’s a proper spree
With the fiddles playin’ and the voices free
No need for fancy, just the warmth of a smile
As we dance and sing, Irish style.

In the heart of Temple Bar, where the music plays
We raise our glasses, toasting to these days
With a twinkle in our eyes and a skip in our step
We celebrate our heritage, no need to fret.

So here’s to the ordinary, on St. Paddy’s night
Where the laughter’s loud and the spirits bright
In Dublin town, where the Guinness flows
According to the ordinary, that’s how it goes!
