serious
without curiosity
surprises
and sometimes even a little suspense
life would be meaningless
but sometimes
life can be difficult
especially
when it’s halloween
and no peanut ghosts ring the door bell
instead
it’s the pyro games
on the other side of the river
a feeling like it’s new year’s eve
when you just want to have
some calm dark hours
this time is another horror show
this place creates suspense
and the wisdom has left the building
Elvis never crossed the river Elbe
cry me a river
make me shiver
in disbelief —

it’s pumpkin soup tomorrow.
