it’s eighty years
eighty years already
TIME FOR A NEW WAR

this is going too far?
you might say
and that’s absolutely okay
those aren’t my words
but possibly the thoughts
of the fascists today
PUTIN already dreams his wet dream
LEADER OF THE KNOWN WORLD
TRUMP is just one step behind him

eighty years ago
DRESDEN suffered
AND RIGHTLY SO

there were victims in here
mostly prisoners of war
and jews
who were about getting deported to Auschwitz
read Vonnegut’s SCHLACHTHOF 5
or Klemperer’s LTI

IT’S NOT PROPAGANDA
IT HAPPENED HERE

but those are the times
eighty years are enough
to forget about the past
we need to experience our own war
they yell
first of all
the inner war against
the enemies of our country
what they claim as enemies
are just people who do the jobs
that no-one else is willing to do
if they deport them
economy will down-spiral much faster than they could see
but they are the enemy
obviously

like eighty years in the past
no power in the world will last
FOREVER

the bells ring at quarter to ten
there are three sections of people
in the city tonight
those whom we need to fight
those who ring the bell and
those who want to tell
only the story of the victims
those weren’t the local people
who were still alive
because they didn’t protest or run away
to fight the system from the underground
they were still alive
because they were silent and agreed

it’s not that simple though
but here we have those three sections today
black and brown and red
each section got their own truth
they won’t take prisoners in a war of words
there won’t be any compromise
because compromises is politics are dead

everyone’s got their own truth
and why would you add SOMETHING FALSE
to your PERSONAL TRUTH?
