Monday Night On Tuesday Morning

There is a darker sense
Far beyond midnight without any { offence / essence / evidence }

at midnight are the voices quiet noises
through the open door of my balcony
comes streaming in not just clear air

ANNETTE is a fairy tale
In a good way
And in a bad way

Am Ende braucht es nur einen Funken
Den letzten Kiesel, der alles ins Rollen bringt
Bis ein Vulkan sich entlädt

Am Abend kommen sie wieder zurück
Sie fühlen sich gut
als hätten sie gerade etwas Großes vollbracht

Capture the light right, she said
demanded almost and lifted her head
full of wool and hair

There hangs a memory about fifth of January
Above the cherry tree of my imagination
