Song Of the Lost Planet

The pastel-coloured sunset dragged me outside
Made me putting my feet on the balcony
To sit on the warm granite

for a better chance to exist

assembling the glorious part of the past
when the fences were low
or barely existent
darker senses moving slow

waiting for the sirens

do these people know
who thoughtlessly go
through the museum halls
between those marvellous walls

Freedom Like a Hurricane

Had to write for work
It lasted longer than planned
Of course it did
So I needed fresh air

Pictures one day appear
On a hidden wall
Behind blind eyes
They are drawn with camel hair

WRITING Creative writing is my personal way to deal with the world we live in. I try to figure what’s going on and how to make sense of it. Creative writing is also giving something from me to you to enjoy, to think about or just share some time together online.

POEMS On this page I started with poems because it’s an easy way for me to write something off my chest. Poems are about one tiny aspect in life, about a special feeling or a combination of both. Poems have the power to connect people in a special way. You can think about a poem for far longer than it lasted reading it. You can sing poems; you can think about poems; you can recite them out loud. Tell me what you think about my poetry. Or suggest a collaboration.

ART I already told you that I started with poems in here. But that’s just the beginning. I also write sonnets, short shories, novels, odes, haikus and more. I design my own books, do letterpress from time to time and like to make more collages. Some of it I put on here. Some of it I’m still working on. Most of it is still in my mind.
