Sonnet #72: Pub Choc

It’s chocolate drinking time on colder days
The evening’s appearing sooner now
Collectively we flee the working maze
But what is freedom; can you tell me how?

After the Sunset

after the sunset the grass turns blue
after the sunset nothing is more true
than your hidden face on a pillow lake
and more false than a social media fake

Painting In the Sky

Framed in here it’s a memory for me. And you. Take it to your Sunday with a smile in your mind.

Song Of the Lost Planet

The pastel-coloured sunset dragged me outside
Made me putting my feet on the balcony
To sit on the warm granite

Living Life Entirely

targeting the inner self
with feelings from the highest shelf
in a living room of sunsets

oh | how much we miss

once upon a time
about three years ago
this image of the setting sun
didn’t tell about the future
about covid nineteen

Only Tear Drops

It’s only water
Dripping along the wall
From the ceiling to the surface below
This constant flow
